I appreciate James and Daniel and others helping out. As if I haven't been swamped enough my 1 year old nephew gives my entire family the stomach bug so I'm scrambling this week and have no energy.

I have all the necessary stuff to cook the bugs so nothing will be needed. We will start at 9:30 -10AM heating the water etc. Mike is dropping off the bugs around then.

I have someone who has volunteered to help me cook that didn't want to get left or hold up the Poker Run, also have another buddy lending me hand.

Lunch should be ready and done cooking by 1PM.

I have 2 eating tables, 2 trash cans for the tables, trash bags, potato, corn, sausage. Also have a prep table that can be used for bugs after I'm done using it

I'm going to Home Depot today for paper towels today.

I'll probably boil 100lbs based upon the responses I've seen above.

Does that pavillion not have water, near the restrooms? (I assumed it did).

There is water there, but maybe only for the sinks, probably no water hose faucet.

Coe what i have done in the recent past is just buy the big gallon jugs of water.... Going to take quite a few, let me know if you want me to pick a bunch up.
