 Re: Help Understanding dog pedigree
a dog is only as good as his handler and the time spent in training.........i look at pedigree to insure good hips, eyes etc......

 Re: Help Understanding dog pedigree
It all comes down to the trainer/handler...
Just because a title in a pedigree(FC and/or AFC) will not guarantee improvement of one's line. Research including health, longevity, temperament, depth of pedigree, breadth of success of siblings, parents, similar breedings, and characteristics.
