My Boykin has this spot on the side of her face, under her ear. Just kinda raw looking and putting out a lot of puss. |

hard to tell anything from the pic or descriptions. Could be 100 different things. If its draining purulent fluids then its probly infected. I'd take her to a vet and let them look at it. Probly just needs some Mupirocin ointment or something. Just make sure it dosnt get worse. |

A warm compress of Epsom salt &water ! Will draw that crap out! Till you can get to vet in the am |

see if you can clip that hair back to see what you are dealing with better...... Compress and a vet........ Can she take anti biotics?? |
