Contact the people at Treasure Coast Retriever Club. They a a good bunch of people and have an active club. One of their training grounds is about 10 miles from Okeechobee. http://www.treasurecoastretrieverclub.com Buck |

There's also a guy that's a pro down there , I think his name is Robert Joiner . Agree about treasure coast retriever club , think they are AKC base . |

Historically TCRC has been AKC and HRC. I know when I ran hunt tests I used to run both down there. They also have a Derby/Qualifying each year. Very good group of people. I judged their Qualifying 2 years ago and had a blast. Buck |

Hey Buck , thanks for the info . I knew they were AKC , I ran a hunt test down there a long time ago . Didn't know they also held HRC . Our club is talking about doing both , I'm with NorthEast Florida HRC . I'm not feeling it myself , talking about double the load with lots of work . You know how that is , never enough people to step up and the same ones worked their tails off . |
