Going to score this weekend as a WIN! This weekend wouldn't have went nearly as smoothly if it was for a whole bunch of people in the background. Thanks to Coe (WestEndAngler) for putting it all together! Thanks to Scott (HuckFinn) for cooking, food was awesome! And everyone got fed. Thanks to the LaQuinta hotel and staff for always welcoming us with open arms and a big parking lot for us to party in. Thanks to our sponsors for the awesome raffle prizes. GatorTail Prodrive Backwater Mudmotortalk Thanks to my three moonshine judges and the tie breaker judges. Y'all have given Keith a swollen up head for a year!! Thanks to my wife for handling all the ticket sales. All the local guys for letting us out of towners play in your backyard. Mud and weather was awesome! I know I'm for getting some people but thanks to everyone that is always willing to pitch in and help. Everyone I meet on the rides are always super cool and helpful. We all attend these events and rarely see the footwork and personal time sacrificed to make something like this a success. I got a tiny tiny glimpse thru talking a bit with James and Scott. Never got around to introducing myself Coe but good job as always. Everyone who had any part of it. Well done. Looking forward to the next one!!!! -I'll admit, I was skeptical about the conditions leading up to the ride but Tad was spot on. The tide was timed about perfectly and we couldn't have asked for much better conditions and weather. |
