I will be putting on a poker run again this year for those who wish to participate. (You don't have to if you just want to ride, perfectly fine) $20.00 at the launch. Each entry will receive a lanyard with Mud Bugs & Mud Boats logo laminated card. At each "poker run stop" you will receive a punch on your card. First & Final punch will be at the landing. We will then draw cards at the landing during lunch. Multiple hands can be purchased per person or boat, but will be played as separate hands. (No card combining) Last year winner walked away with around $500.00 |

What you mean punch? Not doing it the same way you did last year? |

As in a hole punch on your poker run card. Each hole punch equals a stop and a card you get to draw. (How they do it on big boat poker runs) |

That's the correct way to do it IMO. Not a fan of people swapping and then winning with 5 aces |

Rains in Dallas won't affect us down here for a week or so depending on the idiots at the dam. But before the rains the river was almost back to normal Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Yeah it was coming down last week. If it is normal level everyone will probably have to make the long boat ride around from Hugo through the locks. Last year quite a few people pulled the boat out and drove around. The flood currents did nothing good for the trinity ramp this year..it was still a good bit high last week when we ran it and and it was almost to shallow to get out of the ramp then |

It will have to come up a good 4-5' by next week to effect the old lost side. Water height won't effect us on the trinity side we will just have to watch how heavy the flow is from Livingston. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk |

This is the trail 3ck and me ran. Hard to say now what things will be like as far as water level. We will go run it Friday and see. Only real issue will be the possibility of not finding dry ground for rest stops. Weather is supposed to be great this weekend so regardless it should be a great time either way.
