Guys,

I know there are not a lot of you, if any, but what are your experiences working on land/off shore in Africa/Middle East, and the North Sea. I have a unique opportunity with my company to do a couple years in one of the two areas and come back to an upper management position in the States so I am seriously considering it. I will be working as a Mud/Completions Engineer, and I am just trying to get a general idea of what I should expect as far as culture, or anything you hated, liked, in each region. Thanks for any input you may have.
