OK, I'm tryin to quit smokin. Have not had one since Sunday.
I have decided dat tryin to change my lifestyle in too many areas at one time may be unhealthy for me. So after readin sum of da stupid shit on here over da last few days, I have come to da conclusion dat quitin smokin is more important than bein nice to of all yall inbred, ignorant, fart huffin, douchebags.

Well ~ All jokes aside ..... I'm wurshin' you luck !!!! I always used smoke-less since I was 14 years of age ..... and over the last few years fo some unknown reason ..... I throwed smokes in there with it ....... stoooopid on mines part ..... but I did. What I do know 'bout puttin' the quit on smokes is ....... just do it and don't thank 'bout it ....... after 'bout two weeks ...... it's over. You still have the desire fo one ..... you just don't crave it like you once did.

note - I still use LongHorn FineCut Natural but only 'bout a can ever two days ...... preasure is better .... lungs are better ..... erection is better ..... life is better !!!!
