Re: Gator recipe Cut meat into small bite size pieces and trim off all fat.
Mix:
1/2 cup of italian dressin
1/3 cup of mustard
1/4 cup of louisiana hot sauce
1/4 cup of milk
1 egg
marinate gator meat in mixture for at least 48 hours
coat in seasoned fish fry
fry till golden brown
