hey guys how yall doing? well i got into bowfishing a while ago and i have just been using buddies rigs and im at the point now where i want my own setup. ive kinda narrowed it down between the pse kingfisher and the genesis pro. they are both right in my price range and ive read good reviews on both. i got a couple question for your guys that have either of them. on the genesis can you snap shoot? i see that you can set the draw length on it but can you fire it before the set length and now fuck up the bow. i saw it had 0% let off and im pretty sure you can snap shoot it. also on the kingfisher are there mounting holes that willl accept the ams kit? thanks guys

Ive been shooting a Genesis for over a year now. Snap shooting has not hurt mine yet.

ive been using a kingfisher with an ams retriever for about 3 years now and love it. id rather shoot it than my other bows.

I also have a kingfisher with an AMS and the both work great, bolts right up.

I have a kingfisher and it's a piece of shit!! Heavy and you have yo draw back to far to get any king of power!! Spend the Lil extra money and get either a barracuda or fish hawk

im leaning towards the kindfisher right now. i like the idea of a recurve, having less shit to fuck up. and its a little cheaper lol.

I just recently shot all three of em over a weekend of bowfishing hey the Kingfisher and the fish hawk was my favorite

X 10 Ams fishhawk/genesis. I have used them for years in saltwater with no problems.
