 2 part epoxy paint on mudmotor frame
I am new to the forum and have a question.I am buiding a mud motor ,most of the fabrication is complete.Hot dipped galvanizing is not an option.is 2 part epoxy paint the solution? any ideas,the steel is plain and uncoated at this point .it will be in saltwater mostly

Powder coat it.

 2 part epoxy paint on mudmotor frame
If you can't get it powder coated, 2 part epoxy paint is tough stuff. I use to use lenco or lemco (can't remember now) to repaint offshore boats and metal on them, t tops, consoles etc and it held up really well.

thanks,i decided to use 2 part epoxy paint.it is tes same stuff that is applied to the bottom of ships
