Which is the best motor for all uses. Especially in areas where there are a lot of stumps and buck brush. Greentree Reservoir type area. Looking for manueverability, durability, and performance. Thanks

Ok, so if Go Devil would you recommend long tail or short tail? Advantages and Disadvantages?

Search works. Not being a dic but everyone on here says there brand is better. Just look at old posts for comparisons. Also test drive every one u can. Personaly I wouldn't own one without a trim or neutral

Go Devil = No neutral, no reverse, no power trim
Prodrive = Neutral, full power reverse, power trim
Gatortail= Neutral, instant reverse, power trim
Mud Buddy= Neutral, power trim, high performance engine options, and several different frame choices

Other than that, you need to test drive them. This topic has been beaten to death and you will not get anywhere with it. Use the search feature to see what these threads have turned in to in the past... Then go test drive. If you don't have anywhere to test drive locally, make the trip to South LA...It's worth a long weekend.

As far as SD or LT....SD hands down.

It's all a wash with the LT/SD going here and there thing. I'm sure a LT can go some places a SD can't and vice-versa. I can prove that when the water hits 1.5' at the Myette Point stick if the beavers did their job right this year.

All bs aside, I've witnessed a lt outperform in the stumps and hard bottom when slow rollin, only downside is it is so hard | turn with that long thing in thick brush. If you don't have far to go or wanna go fast, save some money and buy a lt.
