Just want to say that gatortail really sticks behind there services. Motor had some problems and they took care of everything for me.

And to compare warranty issues. Didn't Toyota have problems on millions of cars and didn't know the cause. But they covered it. The factory can make a bad wiring harness And just bc it's not something they see to often the customer get's the stiff one. Come on and they can't find one cut wire or anything to prove that maybe it was my fault. Just want my dam boat fixed is that a f$cking crime. And for u that want to bad mouth me for posting this I hope u have a problems and u get screwed too. And don't get on here and say anything Bc one day u will have a problem with your motor.

When I bought my rig with a 23GDLT - I wanted a 35GDSD - but the insurance
check would only cover the LT and the financial timing was bad and I had no spare
cash that I could slip past the lil woman of the house --- LOL

What I don't understand giga, is why you don't just put this crap to rest. Now I'm very computer literate, and I know it takes forever to find all of this stuff you always post from the past, and then requote it on here. So basically way I'm saying is, your taking alot of time, effort, and I know it's just down right a pain in the ass to keep up with all of this and to keep reposting it. So, my question is... Why do you go through all of this effort to try and prove something you've already ran into the ground? You know anyone here is not ever going to change their mind about the way they think of the gdsd. Your actually doing more harm to the name by dragging this crap out and trying to prove WHATEVER IT IS your trying to prove than good... Why do you keep this crap up, and actually I will admit that alot of other people usually start it, but why do you keep going through all of this trouble to try and, in a way of saying, show a painting to a blind person, or sing a melody to a deaf person? Great customer service for parts and such, but what about returning calls. I've had a little trouble getting them to return calls. Nothing really important, but I would appreciate a call back when I leave a mesage. I'm not the only one who has complained about this. I understand that they are busy sometimes. But a call back sometimes is nice.

Well a blown up motor or broke output shaft would be really important. The reverse stop working, not as important but still expected a call back. That's all I'm saying. I don't call them just to call.

They should just forward all the customer service calls to Terry while he's sitting on his ass all day playing on MMT.

No dummy, the only prob I've had was an air pocket in the reverse system. Just using some examples of what would be more important for Owen.

If you want to compare, I had the trim/steering bracket that bolts to the boat on my gdsd crack. a way bigger problem than an air pocket on my gt. How about te gd props being worn down after two rides? I'm not trying to bash gd by no means. I've had less problems out of my gt.
