Well toke my boat out for the first time with the carb and muffler today. Love the way the double barrel X sounds with no baffles. This morning I ran 26 with me (175lbs) a buddy (200lbs) and his dad (275lbs) and about 3 dozen decs and a dog. I am running a 35 MB on a 1544 flat bottom hull and I thought she done good but I think it's time for a new prop cause I kept bumping the rev limiter bad today but it preformed really nice. need a new boat like a 1854 but that will come in time. She jumped on plain quick but just seemed like she was spinning the prop out and it wasn't grabbing the water enough. But again i was really happy with the mods. Just an over view

If you're still runnin that same prop we tried to take off last month, it's DEFINITELY time for a new one. That sumbish was like a damn steak knife & sharp as a razor. New prop will increase your speed, but seriously doubt it'll get you off the rev box. 48 tooth gear will help though.

Lol yeah Camo still running it for this weekend till the new one comes in it is suppose to be here on Tuesday from boat dr. And yea that thing is sharp as he'll boat dr told me that i would prob have to get a new lower gear too. Will that help speed or what will it help? But hey I'm ready to run so we defiantly need to go ride soon man.

It will add a lil strain to the motor, which will help to lower the rpm. Doubt seriously that you'll see any speed gains from the gear, but will surely see some from the prop. Probably around 5 mph or so.

That would be awesome we shall see Tuesday. O and we had to beat the other prop off this weekend lol but we got it lol
