Double barrel vs double barrel X?
What's you opnion between the two. I love the sound of the x but I have no mods on my motor and the only mod I may ever do is the cam. Is getting a double barrel x going to be bad for a motor with no mods? Or should I just stick with the double barrel or even the bps q

Double barrel vs double barrel X?
Med can't figure out why you would want your motor to be loud, and I'm with him. These things are already loud, no sense in makin yourself deaf runnin down river. However, I'm sure there are plenty of people here who have dual exhaust on their pickup trucks who will disagree with me. Sent using my bag phone

Re: Double barrel vs double barrel X?
I had the double barrel X and loved it, would still have it if it weren't for the mods i have. I had it without baffles and i never got tired of the sound. Its just alittle bit louder than stock IMO. We put one on a motor last night for a customer and it had baffles and it had a real nice sound to it, sounded real nice.

Re: Double barrel vs double barrel X?
Lol..don't go by what I say. I used to have a 31 mb and had a bps pipe that sounded good. But it was loud and when huntn season rolled around I took it off. Now since they make a good exhaust that's on the quiter side I know what I will be buying in the future. I use my rig mainly for hunting and a loud boat just don't appeal to me. Listening to all the loud ass mm's run around on the lake this past season made me realuze I don't want one.

Re: Double barrel vs double barrel X?
So I'm thinking the double barrel x with baffles sounds good and queiter with baffles. But with no mods I was makeing sure it would be ok or just overkill

Re: Double barrel vs double barrel X?
Your right I reread reviews and it was the crossover. So the Q is pretty well made and sounds good?

Re: Double barrel vs double barrel X?
I've been pleased with my Marshmellow. I've got one of the single outlets with no baffles. It's not much louder than stock, but has a great tone.

Re: Double barrel vs double barrel X?
I have the dual outlet no baffles. It lets my motor breathe like it should. Great tone.

Double barrel vs double barrel X?
I have the dual outlet with the baffles. It's not much loader than stock (if at all) but has a lower tone to it. I really like the way it sounds.
