 Pro Drive rock guard question
Does anyone use the pro drive rock guard? What are the pros/cons? Any performance loss thats noticable? I run a river that has occasional boulders, logs, gravel bars, and sand bars.....I get a year out of a prop maybe a little longer, but if I could get 2+ years that would be even better. Does anyone have a pro drive rock guard for sale by chance?
Thanks in advance

A prop per year is alot better than most get.

Its gonna slow you down a little bit
I have hit all kinds of shit with my prop and havent had any issues at all -- from Rocks on the side of the Mississippi River to cement with rebar sticking out under the surface I get a year or so out of a prop usually

 Pro Drive rock guard question
Prolly not worth it for the "occasional" rock or gravel bar. If you ran a river that was nothing but rocks it might be a different story. A prop a year isn't anything out of the ordinary.

A prop a year is not bad at all! I burned up 7 last year. Just roll with what you got!

Re: Pro Drive rock guard question
I run a guard. It will slow you down a hair and makes it a little tuffer to steer, but works great for running gravel, sand, and rocks. Not worth a dang for mud or weeds, but easy enough to take off for different types of water.
