I just made a big improvement to my Godevil hull and I forgot exactly what I need to stock up on. Just couldn't resist. :lol:

That is a tall transsom from the looks of it, short transom has disadvantages in my eyes like back wash when you come to a sudden stop and the fix with that would be a huntdeck, the other thing is when you are reversig hard you are more prone to getting mudd in the boat, a hunt deck would also be a good fix for that accompanied by the reverse plate

Man that motor looks tall. I don't think I'd like that at all.. I've never noticed that.

Like I said, I'm not bashing. But there were several times last year that when slipping into places it was a bitch because my gd kept hanging limbs and trees. From the looks of it a motor that tall would make it much more difficult to get where I was going. That's all.
