 Gtr 35 reverse problem
When I squeeze my reverse lever motor does not go into reverse. Don't really know where to start to solve the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Does it feel like the handles getting hard or is just mush. Check your pads too to see if they are woredown

 Re: Gtr 35 reverse problem
You probably need to bleed the air in your lines.
Typically you can get the reverse to pressurize after 6 or so pumps on the handle.
There are 2 bleeder valves on caliper under the cover.

 Re: Gtr 35 reverse problem
Best way IMHO to bleed those lines is to flip the whole contraption upside down so the bleeder valves are facing straight in the air....Way less fighting and you can get ALL of the air out of the lines by doing it that way. Open them one at a time at first then crack em both open at the last to get all of the air out of them.
PS don't drop the nut down in the bottom of your belt housing....lol

 Re: Gtr 35 reverse problem
My prop spins in neutral( another problem) so when I squeeze the reverse handle it doesn't stop it and go into reverse.. Could this be a brake pad issue?

 Re: Gtr 35 reverse problem
Take the cover off and look at the pads should be about 50 thousandth away from disk on both sides. Look to see if you have a leak. Take the plug out the resivour and look in it see of it has fluid. You can answer some questions by just looking threw everything

 Re: Gtr 35 reverse problem
I add grease to my lower unit everytime or every other time I go out to keep fresh grease in it and it keeps the spinning at a slower rpm. but that's normal it's not a problem
