Went out hunting to day and shot over twenty between two of us. How did y'all guys do?

Got to go out in the afternoon due to the kiddo being sick and of course it rained off and on. Shot 14 but the biggest surprise was on our walk back to the truck. We had a big group of hogs pop outta the brush at us about 5 yards away. My uncle shot the big one in the face with 8 shot and really pissed it off. Needless to say we had to run back to the truck. Not cool!

Killed 7....sweated my balls off. It was miserablely hot! Took a young kid on his first hunt. He loved it, which made it all worth it.

Day 2: Got to scratch out an afternoon limit but after dove #12 my shoulder started really hurting. Thats when I noticed the recoil pad on my SBEII fell off. A little southern ingenuity, a beanie, and a hankerchief, and was able to finish it up. But holy crap my shoulder is blue. Anybody know where I can find another recoil pad before teal season?

Man up! It's a comfortech with dove loads. The problem is.. Too many moving parts, a man of simplicity only needs a single barrel, without a barrel sticker!

Lots of people have owned GTR's and PD's for that long with no problems

I put a sheetrock screw in each side of my m2 20 ga. And sbe 2 as well. They will fall off for sure. You have to call Benelux to get another one.

That sucks. Pay that much for a gun and have to deal with that? No thank ya.

Call Benelli, they sent me a brand new stock for free when it happened to me. When mine fell out, the sleeve that the recoil pad snaps into fell out with it.

killed a few, they were flying sporadically. Got on some geese yesterday morning though!

Tried a public hunting field Monday. Wow, it sucks! LOL Just an old hayfield. Saw and shot only two. Ended up calling Operation Game Thief when a whole bunch of knuckleheads started killing water egrets. Don't think I'll be going back there again.

Went saturday got rained on the whole time shot 5....went sunday shot 34.....went monday and shot 18 all in all not a bad weekend

Got into the whitewings today with the 20 ga. A-5!!!! Gonna be some good eating tomorrow!

A few more whitewings today. The replacement recoil pad worked well. Eating dove kabobs tonight! Used the GoPro gun cam so hopefully got a few decent shots on film.

I used that same recoil pad until benelli sent me a new stock.

Cool front is coming through tonight so it may be the last whitewingers for a while.
