 Wont turn over... Mud Buddy HD Sport
29 Kawasaki w/ Electronic Fuel Injection and Liquid Cooled
Out on Saturday. Running just fine for an hour. Motor killed. Fuel pump would not prime and engine would not turn over. Now fuel pump primes, but no turnover.
Ideas?

Re: Wont turn over... If it won't turn over at all check your battery connections. Or do you mean it won't start when you crank it? You mentioned a fuel issue...but that wouldn't have anything to do with a motor not turning over.

Re: Wont turn over... Battery is full charge and connections are clean. It will not turn over at all. Turn the key and nothing...

Thanks for your help.
Turns out the starter solendoid was not getting the voltage needed, so we traced it back to the key switch, which had extreme corrossion. Cleaned that up real well, applied silicone terminal grease to terminals, and we are golden.
