 Hunting Observations: Louisiana vs Arkansas
After experiencing Arkansas hunting the past few days, here are a few observations my son made:
1. WMA's are managed far better in Arkansas than in Louisiana. 2. Mallards are stupid in Arkansas. 3. Huge cypress tree stands. 4. Moving water. 5. Snails everywhere for the ducks to eat. 6. No water lilies in Arkansas. 7. Its colder in Ark than La 8. Going back next year. 9. Hunters lined up in holes by the dozens but everyone kills...did I mention Mallards were stupid in Arkansas. 10. Water level rises quickly. 11. Camper parked at the landing is the way to go...beat everyone anywhere. 12. Nobody was rude or disrespectful. 13. Duck Commander's dog trainer is very helpful individual. 14. Greedy hunters trying to deceive you to beat you to hole will break their tiller handles.

Hey Hookeup711: Please spare us all the burden and withdraw from society now as you are useless to everyone.

I don't think the mallards are stupid in Arkansas. I think they have an abundance if food and are not picky about where they wanna land.

Agreed la management areas are pretty shitty in la. For both deer and duck. Instead of trying to buy all the land in the Maurepas swamp why not spend the money on the wma land that is already there?
