 Caught hog Damn boar ran a mile then crossed the bayou. A few of us got a lil wet. Young pig prob weigh 225#

Re: Caught hog They spoil fast if killed and dont get on ice fast. With dogs around its dangerous to shoot. also u can sell them 2 legal buying stations here in texas . Nice catch Mud!

Re: Caught hog I grew up hunting hogs with dogs, we always caught them and took them back to the pen. Sold the 150# plus boars to the bay contest holders and the rest were fed corn until time to either butcher, sell or train dogs. If you got on one that ran across the county, it was a bad one, stop fight, run, stop fight, run... and chances are you were stiching dogs up in the end. Man I miss those hunts. Now in Georgia you can't transport one alive so no selling and got to clean them quick. Took all the fun out of it.

Re: Caught hog This one gave two of our pups the slip when he swap the bayou. We got about 200 yrds from him and cut an older dog loose wasn't give mins he was bayed. I wish I had taken a pic of him being winched up the hill ( I called it a cliff).
