Its a custom boat. His company name is treasure coast boat works. No insurance on the boat
Can't believe he didn't have it on it! It is 28 feet it is based off an old 25 bertrum. This is a big hit to his small company.

I was kinda thinking it looked like an old Bertram with a transom and super structure similar to the small Rybovich Ryborunners. Fine looking rig, I really hope he finds it!

No offense to any public safety dispatchers on here, but having worked a number of years as a firefighter, I learned pretty quick to take much of what info they give us with a grain of salt...

I actually got dispatched on a medical call one time "for one that's fell out." I asked if she could be a little more specific, and she had already disconnected the caller. I'll give you one guess as to what color she was. Hint: The same color as the one that had "fell out."

2x on the dispatcher comment. I responded to a call one night for a structure fire. Nothing odd about that. Then dispatch call back to warn that " they be some 'a-set-a-scene' bottles in the billin" Took me and the truck operator about 3 times to figure out that the dispatcher was trying to tell us there was acetylene bottles in the building! Sometimes, figuring out the call was more work than the response.

The boat was found in Hialeah Florida this past Wednesday. The engines, controls and electronics were gone. The detective was surprised of the care they took with the boat. He said they must have appreciated the craftsmanship. Not one single scratch on it. They put some Hydrosport stickers on it and a new H.I.N. tag on it. Getting the boat back was a good thing even if he did lose his motors.

Wow....glad he got it back.
