Who on earth would eat something that consumes flies for a living....lol I get its fun though. Not many frogs up here in PA

They eat more crawfish than anything. They will eat anything that moves that fits on their mouth. I caught one with a small turtle and another with a snake before.

Well they must be eating good cause some of the guys show some big ass frogs that they catch down there! I heard they will eat just about anything. I said something about gigging them when I was down there and got a couple stares from some guys lol Apparantly it must be frowned upon. I think I would gig them so I didnt have to reach into gator infested water...haha

Anyone got any pictures of their catches? How do you cook them??

Fried is the most popular way. I make spaghetti sometimes ad bbq them but fried us my favorite. You have more of a chance getting bit by a snake than a gator. Ive never heard of it happening though.

Went fishing in lake Bouef today with a plan to frog tonight. The water was really high and I could hear all the frogs in the swamp and marsh. I decided to hold off on frogging until water level drops. I'm glad I did. On my way back to the launch in Raceland I saw at least 20 boats headed out to frog. I'm sure another 20 will go from Chackbay.

I didn't go there but I had to rides on the the floats all night to catch the frogs lot of work but at least we could get em . High water not good for frogging

Man where I was that is ok but not good = 150-200 frogs in about 3-4 hours

We had a pretty good night. Caught some good quality toads!
