 Lil one won the state title last night After a long weekend of baseball, our lil team won the Grandslam 10U state title last night in Hammond. To see how far these little guys have come is truely amazing. He 10 and already has 3 state titles, one at 6, 8 and now 10. Now its getting ready for hunting season.

Re: Lil one won the state title last night Man, that's awesome. I remember when mine were that age and playing sports. Enjoy it. Don't let it get too serious or put too much pressure on him. Resist the temptation to teach him all the time; don't be relentless about showing him baseball skills. At ten, test him to make sure which eye is dominant. My son was ambidextrous; he was left eye dominant but caught and threw right handed, but shoots his gun left handed. I wish I would have introduced him to switch hitting early on.
