Post What's the stud fee nowadays
What's the stud fee nowadays?? I have a black male lab that will turn one on Friday and was looking into breeding him next year after the season and he gets his Hrc and master hunter.. He has his hr and senior hunter pedigrees and comes from 3 generations of hunting retriever champions with his dad being a grand national hunting retriever champion. So good bloodline and him being on the right track to being a champion himself what is the stud fee usually

Some of the top performing dogs in the nation are $1500-2500. Most MH titled dogs with a decent pedigree will probably go for around $600-800, assuming yours titles!

of course none of this means anything without seeing the AKC/UKC performance pedigrees of your male. Then more accurate opinions can be drawn.

Is your dog just a dummy chaser or have you hunted him :?: Also health certificates. If these don't check out I don't care how many titles it has you will not get much. I believe some of the test you can not do until he is 2 years old just my 2 cents.

$600-$800 for a MH/HRC depending on his lineage, keep in mind MH/HRC studs are a dime a dozen. You're gonna have to do the whole shebang when it comes to testing, hips, eyes, elbows, eic, cnm, dna

The stud fee for my HRCH/MH boys runs 700. Unless I like the female, then I would go for a first pick.
