Frogs
What's some of y'all's favorite recipe for frogs besides deep frying? I was thinking of taking some tonight and searing them in the pan with butter and spices, and then add some liquid and put a lid on it and throw in the oven on 300 or so for 20-30 minutes...

Re: Frogs
Thats good just dont over do them. They will turn rubbery. I make spaghetti with them sometimes. Fried is the best imo.

Re: Frogs
Yep put a stick of butter, BBQ sauce of your choosing (go light on the BBQ sauce), lemon pepper, garlic powder, salt and black pepper, slice up an orange real thin, and place it on top of the frog legs and wrap alluminum foil around them (be carefull not to bust the foil) and cook to your liking.

Re: Frogs
I like blacked/BBQ on the grill for the big ones, fried for everything one else. Me and my buddy got 15 this size on my uncles ranch a few years back. Its hard to tell in the picture, but my buddy Matt is 6'1''.
