 Jury Duty I got a jury summons in the mail for the 3rd time in 6 years. I've had enough ended up filing this one in the trash. I can't ever find a place to park my truck downtown and if I did I would probably get a parking ticket from the parking Nazis. I rather be working so I can pay bills than sitting in a room with 100 other people that don't want to be there either. If the defendent is black Im going to presume hes guilty anyway. Plus its hunting season aint nobody got time fo that.

Re: Jury Duty Our mail services sucks here. We get other peoples mail at my house all the time and mine goes to other places. There is a man that has the same house number as mine but a different road and we get each others mail all the time. Unless they send it certified and you sign for it they can't prove it got delivered to you. Sorry ass post office, no wonder they are broke.

Re: Jury Duty I showed up for jury duty once and got seated on the county grand jury ( very interesting and sad). I could never serve on a criminal jury because I know the indictment process and that 99.9% are guilty....and being a libertarian white man and business owner I doubt I would ever be seated on a civil case since I firmly believe in personal responsibility......so I show up and tell the clerk that and she releases me.

Re: Jury Duty I just hate going downtown. I try to avoid the city like the plauge. The last time I had jury duty I had to be there for three days for 6 hours never even had a chance to be questioned to have the possibility of being seated on the jury. Sat there in a room with a bunch of other people that never got called upon. Then there's about 50 bums that wanna newport if you step outside for a smoke. Outta site outta mind this one staying burried. I thinl they got bigger fosh to fry than someone dodging a request letter.
The first I did consider was the possibility of finding some Ass tho.

Re: Jury Duty I could care less whether you show up or not, it makes no difference to me. But why would you discuss doing something that is punishable by fines, or even jail time, on a public forum?
