Re: Good Deal on a GPS
I've got a remote controlled helicopter sitting on my desk right beside me that I got on a recent woot-off. It's awesome. Twin propeller & camo'd.
I fly it around the office when I get bored.

Re: Good Deal on a GPS
i have a garmin gps 76 cs that is my main gps. I have had it for 4 yrs now and couldnt be happier with it. I bought one of these today to check it out. I read mixed reviews on it but thought...what the heck...$100 bucks to try it out...why not. If I dont like it, I'll just put it on ebay for 200 and make a little extra scratch.

Re: Good Deal on a GPS
I currently am using an older (maybe 10 years) Garmin Vista black & white model as my handheld. I've been wanting to upgrade for a while now and after reading the mixed reviews (yes, good and not so good), I figured that for $100, it was worth a shot. Plus, I'm going to try to leverage a hook-up on the satellite services...
I'm sure, just like with every other electronic device, they will get better with time. However, I have no reservations ordering from Woot. Plus, it carries the full mfg. warranty.
