My 35 GTR wont trim all of a sudden. The pump runs but either the motor doesn't move at all or it moves an inch or so then stops. It also seems like the lower unit is coming up out of the water alot in the mud. Anyone have any ideas?

The manual only helps if it is an electrical issue.
