Re: Let's see some bowfish setups
Square tube is easier to work with and cheaper then round tube/pipe

Re: Let's see some bowfish setups
I like how they hang over the sides. Do they fold in a little for running?

Re: Let's see some bowfish setups
Hey Willet, I see that some of the setups that you have done are with square tubing and that some are with round tubing. What size are each, and is the round tubing just fence post tubing but bent? If so, how in the world did you bend it? I am in the process of building a railing for my platform and was thinking of doing the round tubing because I don't have a welder, but don't know how to get a bend like that. Any info or advice and where to get these materials would be helpful. Thanks

Re: Let's see some bowfish setups
Not sure what you are talking about fence post tubing?
Round is 1" aluminum conduit because most aluminum pipe is too hard to bend at a tight 90 radius.
I have a pipe bender bought from harbor freight. Not the best in the world but it does what it has to
Sq Tube is a mix and depending on what customer wants or if doesn't specify most time use 1.5" x 1.5" x 1/8 thick
sometimes use 2x2x1/8 or 1x1x1/8.
