Post Is my fish still good??
I thawed some fish on Saturday but we didn't cook it all, then left town and forgot it soaking in milk in the fridge. Here it is Wednesday. It doesn't stink but I don't want to give my wife and kids the rut gut. What y'all think?

I'd eat it. I would think the milk would go bad before the fish. 10 day grace period for thawed fish.

It's good to eat, fish and other meats will keep in the fridge for at least a week, I would throw it away..

Had lemon fish for the first time last summer when Blaze, McNabb, and Kyle Sellers came up to my houseboat in Arkansas. Holy shit!!! That was good stuff. Me and Holly ate leftover lemon fish for like 3 days.

We cooked some of that lemon fish and some AJ ( amberjack ) fresh they told me the AJ was better but I found the lemon fish was better only offshore fish I've yet To try is grouper
