 LOST DOG IN DELACROIX- HELP NEEDED Posting this from an email I received this morning:
My dog was lost in the marsh in Delacroix this afternoon, and we were not able to find her before dark. I am working on getting a plane to search in the morning, but would appreciate anyone who is going out in the am to keep a look out.
Yellow Lab Female
About 65 pounds
Answers to Jo-Jo
She was wearing a camouflage vest, a black collar with tag, and an e-collar.
She was last seen around Bayou Gentilly, just South of Lost Lake, and North of Sun Lagoon. If found, please call (262)443-3515, or (225)266-8603

Re: LOST DOG IN DELACROIX- HELP NEEDED That info was sent from our leasor in response to a fellow lease holder in delacroix.
This guy that lost the dog has a spot that's a mile away from our lease. So he used the leasors contacts of other hunters in the area to hopefully recover this critter.

How far away from where you were hunting was she?
I still don't see how a dog trained well enough to be on a duck hunt could get lost...? But I guess what's important is she's safe...

LOST DOG IN DELACROIX- HELP NEEDED I would likely be a cold wet tired bastard if that happened to me... Woulda been hard to be at the camp knowing one of my kids was out there alone.
