 Throttle cable adjustment I have a 35 GTR center console! I have to give it almost half throttle to get it to get out of idle! How do I adjust my throttle cable at throttle?

Re: Throttle cable adjustment Many of the cc throttles have more throw than they need. Judge your adjustmen from how your wide open is set. Is your wide open good? If you set yours to respond as soon as you bump up throttle, you might break cable "trying to give it more" once carb is at Wot

Re: Throttle cable adjustment When the cc throttle is at wot,,, is carb getting full throttle. Dont be concerned with where it starts. Is your motor running good at full throttle??

Re: Throttle cable adjustment If its a stock carb you can adjust the cable at the motor, look at where the cable is mounted on rear of engine. It has a small clamp that you can loosen and adjust cable. But pay attention and do not over stretch your parts
