If you had to choose one place in Memphis to stop and get ribs for lunch, where would you go?

Im a fan of Rendezvous... I favor the dry ribs over wet. Lots of spots in Memphis that cook up good ribs...

They were a little tough and tasted way to salty.

Dry rub. Rendezvous is a good start.

But I will take a good pork shoulder sandwich over ribs any day. Tops is not bad but Paynes has one heckuva shoulder sandwich.
