Re: Encinal, Texas?? Its down south, bout 45 minutes north of Laredo. Not much to it, especially when its not deer season lol. Mr. Goerge Staight's ranch is located there. If your going there youll most likely pass by. It has a high fence with the "stay the fork out" slant at the top like prisons got lol. Basically just a small south texas town. Looking for anything in particular?

Re: Encinal, Texas?? been through there MANY many times. I used to go to Ford in Nuevo Laredo back when it was safe to cross the border 3-4 times a year.
It is a REAL shathole, I would wish that place on anybody. I think they have a gas station and that is about it.
If you take the job, I would consider living/staying in N.E. Laredo and commuting.

Re: Encinal, Texas?? No place to live!!!!It has a Loves truck stop and 2 Mexican food joints that is it.I have worked there for years in the oilfield.The only company i know of in Encinal is Lewis Energy.Nearest motel is in Cotulla about 25 miles north on I-35.Who would you work for?
