Re: Frogs
season the set of legs up with whatever seasonings you like (tonys and garlic is always good). Wrap in bacon with one toothpick to hold the bacon on and grill. Keeps them from drying out. good stuff

Re: Frogs
I like them grilled. Dust with your favorite seasoning then grill. After a few minutes sauce em a little. I like sweet baby rays

Re: Frogs
Why are you wasting time and gutting and fucking with front legs. Throw that shit away and keep just back legs. Fronts and bodies are a waste of time.

Re: Frogs
The smaller frogs we have up here, the fronts are a waste of time. The ones I catch down in S La are def not a waste of time. Tons of meat on em, and it's a squeeze to get 6 of em in a gallon ziplock. It would be like cleaning a squirrel and only keeping half of it.

Re: Frogs
Hatchet is the only thing you need to clean frogs. Maybe some skinning pliers every once in a while.

Re: Frogs
Me and my dad. He chops heads and feet with hatchet or real heavy meat clever on top oak log. I skin and gut. Best part on a frog are fronts and back. Belly fries crisp is the bomb. Lol hint on frogs and storing in freezer. Next time you finish cleaning put in bucket or empty ice chest. Spay down hood with high pressure water hose. Watch the slim bubbles make up. Nasty shit.
