Brine/marinate for a few hours?

Best way to add the necessary fat, wrap with bacon or stuff n' bake?

There is an outfit near Lake Oconee, Ga. that raises turkey, quail, pheasant, and other game commercially and they had packages of six for $8.99 and the gal demo'ing at the store was cute so I bought 'em. :lol:

Pan Fry them biotches use the left over batter to make gravy. Poor gravy over white rice with some homemade biscuits and thank me later.

Salt, Pepper, a little flour and fry em...
or
marinate in whatever you like, wrap in bacon a grill.

both are really good, and if your frying, throw the biscuits in there too, their better fried than baked.

I agree with the pan fry and gravy. My family is from Camilla and I am there quite often, own land in Baconton on the river. Live in Dougherty Co. now with a Leesburg addy though. Quail is good with rice, however for some reason I like it with grits better. Over on Bluesprings Plantation they will deep fry them and serve them in a deep fried nest made out of julieanned potatos with gravy served on them.
