totally agree, sage grouse taste just like there name, "sagebrush", I hunt ducks and have never eattin' a coot, or a galinule. What is the comparison to a mallard, just curious cause no one here hunts coots? |

Hell I never even seen one of those things round here much less shot and cleaned one. The look just like a coot with a bunch of color on em though, wouldn't figure the meat was that different. Do y'all see a lot of them down there. |

Never seen either. I thought y'all were talking about the bottom ones though. So if I see one with red on it like the top one I'LL make sure to bust his ass and try some of that white coot meat. |
