Call me crazy but I love em! HUGE too, about twice the size of a good chicken gizzard.

I used crushed Ritz and everglades.. How about you folks?

Smothered down in onions and other seasonings for 2.5 hours they are really tender. My 8y/o daughter fights her 17y/o brother for them. Even the hearts.
