The measurements are just rough estimates but came out awesome the other day. So good next time I'm going to make and use it as a BBQ sauce. 1 cup red wine 3/4 cup Southern Bourbon or Whiskey 3/4 cup apple juice 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup cider vinegar 3/4 cup dark brown sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper Simmer for a out an hr or till its nice and dark. |
