Beer Sausge
Here's a recipe that I like to cook.
Beer Sausage
5-6 big onions chopped up with a little olive oil in a 12qt pot. Get 4-5packs of fresh Sausage(cajun, green onion or whatever kind you like) I like to use deer sausage as well in mine.
Ok put the Onions in the pot to start browning them down. At the same time put the Sausage on the grill and cook it about half way done. Once these 2 are done cut the Sausage up into pieces to put on french beard. Once everything is in the pot add 6cans of beer I us Natty Lights. Let it cook down till it gets thick. Once it is thick I add another 6cans of beer and cook it down one last time.
Once it is done and thick get some french beard and slap that good food on it and eat it you won't be disappointed.
It does take a few hrs to cook it but well worth it.
