Dude I think that boat on side of yours is for a person we all know here as the quackconsumer. Just having yourrig parked next ti his and allowing hhis knowledge and wisdom to migrate over into your new motor will guarantee you countless ducks frog's alligators and other critters that you may seek in the future. I've never seen subdivision covenants that provide "park your mud rigs here". Only in Louisiana.
