Sweet! Where you at? I know some places in the northeast have a February Canada season.

If you want to swirl wine and stay in a room where politics and investment diversity are discussed (with no roaches) lake lanier is near Atlanta. If you wanna have an awesome time and maybe stay in a room where children were conceived on one side and someone got stabbed over an 8-ball on the other come on down I got a can of raid. :D

Nice haul, that'll make a hell of a lot of Italian goose sammiches!

Crock pot, 7 up, bullion cube, pepperoncini peppers/juice and Italian dressings mix for 8 to 10 hours. Only recipe for Canada goose I've found that's edible.

Real good if ya like Italian beef or pot roast... damn I didn't realize everyone around here had such refined pallettes lol. I've heard of guys that will have them made into summer sausage stuff that's supposed to be good but I never had it. Those fuggin birds definately are hard to cook though for sure!

We had snack sticks made and they were good. My favorite is having cheddar brats made out of them. AMAZING

My wife makes a mean goose stew, takes it over to other peoples houses kind of good.
Goose sausage would have to be my favourite.

Wasn't my idea to stack geese! He he.... I changed out gas that has been sitting in it for 4 weeks and it started first key turn. Ran it only short time and was CAREFUL, promise! Sitting in heated part of barn waiting to be deliverd.....
