Prodrive heads job
I had to take my heads off my prodrive because i fucked up the threads where the exhaust bolts on one of them. Upon further inspection i found a big ol crack in that same head, i also cracked the other head where the intake manifold stud screws in. While ive got the heads off im wondering what else should i check and if anyone with better knowledge sees anything wrong with the pictures of my cylinders/ pistons? The pistons are covered in carbon i didnt know if i should clean them or how to clean them.

You'll probably have to replace that cracked head. I would recommend that you don't try to mess with them too much more. Seems like every time you mess with it, something gets broken

Re: Prodrive heads job
don't worry about that little bit of blackness on the piston, that's normal. them heads crack like yours did over time, I have several just like it laying on the ground in my boatshed. lol just get a new set of heads and slap it back together and go cut some grass, oops, I mean go fishing with your boat.
