Pushing boat off trailer
I'm looking at getting a mm rig. Not set on a brand yet, what I'm wondering is if anyone has experience pushing their boat off the trailer into the water and cranking it back on the trailer. The spot I have to launch is not a ramp but I can get a trailer in the water a good ways just probably not enough to float the boat off. Let's say I was to get a 1860 with a 40 horse 1/8 inch hull, would that be even close to possible?

Re: Pushing boat off trailer
gatorglide the bottom of the boat and the bunk boards and you can push the boat off the trailer in the yard if you want too.

Gator Glide. Nuff said. I promise you, you and me together could not do this with this boat and bare aluminum hull. https://youtu.be/J53oGPBmWsYSent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Re: Pushing boat off trailer
I got a two speed winch which is nice to have low gear (super high torque) on certain launches

Re: Pushing boat off trailer
Anybody ever tried just using Gatorglide on the bunks rather than the hull? I don't know how I would paint my hull without a way to winch it up in the air off the trailer.

A tilt bed trailer will work too.
