Many folk want a quiet rig. I built up a 4400 with new heads, cam and big tbody. “Stage 2” wasn’t sure what it would do on the flex Q. With 170 compression she made 56 hp and does it quietly. Very mild tune, it has more in it but mid 50s on a stg2 is plenty. I didn’t even use earplugs when it was on the dyno. The Q gained some respect from me. Good power and quiet. It went on a round chine woods rig. Great combo |

I put mine back on because I find it even quieter than the stock exhaust. Nice mellow tone. Sent from my SM-G960W using Tapatalk |

I’ve got about 150 hrs on my flex Q. Still looks and sounds great. It’s been on my stage 1ish motor the whole time and has been great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

Y'all aren't gonna say that when the flex falls apart within 6 months. Mine didn't last 200 hours in freshwater. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk |

I have 150 plus on my Flex Q. I did have an original Q come apart internally and do some cylinder wall damage. That lead me down the dark road of heavily modded motors for 3 years from which I have finally recovered...lol |

I know a least 7 people who had the flex Q, none lasted over 6 months in South Louisiana. I'd stay away from BPS unless your buying props Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk |

I had 3 seasons on my voodoo without any issues and I have 40 hours on my custom exhaust now with no problems. Had dual straights on a go devil long tail that the exhaust saw over 1000 hours without any problems. I’ve hear the flex not holding up well down here though from others like bayou black hunter said. I guess time will tell |

You mentioned in another thread about how happy you were with it, beyond 100 hrs, and it was over 6 months at that point. Maybe it didn't last 200, but at least don't fabricate some new truth for whatever reason. That doesn't seem like the BBH we know and love. #CFFITR #mudmotor>physics |

Serious question, any chance running closer to salt / funky water, is making corrosion inside the flex? |

Or he has come up with a new conclusion based on the experiences he has had with the product After the last time he wrote what you are “quoting”. I’m not sure why you keep saying he wants to “influence others”. It’s not like the man owns stock in another exhaust company, he just has found out through experiences and time that his previous outlook on the product is now different than before. At the end of the day, the longer the primaries the better the performance. But I guess if someone is dead set on quiet, this and a gutted stock are the only options, besides maybe a stainless works. If you want performance, it’s going to be loud. Race Cars and drag cars have longtube headers for a reason. |

A new conclusion that it lasted less than 6 months? Yeah, moving on. #CFFITR #mudmotor>physics |

It's getting like the good ole days in here... I bought the exhaust a few months after the came out in May or June and it cracked in hunting season.. now I'm not a weekend warrior. I normally hunt everyday if the season and run my equipment like it's supposed to be. I will dig through my pictures and find the crack Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk |

For everyones information- Recently we have changed the actual flex fitting from 304 stainless to 316 stainless. They will hold up to the high heat, and salt water much better now. With that being said, We switched to the flex fittings 5 years ago. I have had less than 50 warranty issues since then. We have sold several thousand of them in that time period. |
