I know I can do it myself, but I don't have the garage/shop to a) suspend the boat or b) take the motor off and flip it. I am in NOLA. any thoughts would be appreciated

If you're willing to drive to Houma Gulf Coast Powdercoating might be able to help you out I know for a fact they do steel flex but I'm sure they will also be able to do gator glide. They can lift your boat and do it their phone number is (985) 876-1312.
