I have a 1754 GT and thinking about putting a beavertail flip to one side blind on. Anything good or bad to say about these blinds? I had the standard GT pop up blind but its a piece of junk. |

I used one for 3 seasons. I like the concept of it. We added fast grass, and natural vegetation to it to make it look real. I like how it covers the motor, and the bow if the boat. Although it is kind of a pain to move around with it up. We had the dog sit on the hunt deck, and it worked great. They aint cheap though! |

I like mine. I used tank netting over the blind. Sometimes have issues from above, but mainly pull up under overhanging branches if we can. |

I've had one for three years now and have no complaints. We don't move with it up so when we have to get birds in deep water we just flip it down run out pull back in and flip back up. You get use to saying watch your head.lol. What I really like about it is we can take it off and hang it up in the barn in 2 minutes. That makes it easy when we are hunting somewhere we don't need a blind. I have the 1600 which isn't big enough length wise for my 1754 but is wide enough. It covers the back and the sitting area well but is a little short on the front deck so we just put some limbs up front. I'll see if I have some pic and post if I do. thanks for the input. Would like some pics if possible. Can the "shooting holes" be removed so that the blind is open from end to end? |

Yes the shooting holes are Velcro and the strips between button and all can be folded in to open up the top. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

The blind is awesome and saves a ton of room in the boat. The only thing that I'm not a fan of is the fact it's really sucks getting out of the boat when it's down. Debating on cutting a hole in it for easy entry and exit |
