Post subject:  whats a good gps system to get?
can anyone thats running in the south east LA swamps tell me what there running for gps systems? i don't want to spend a crap load on one, don't care about the fish finder part as much as i want to know where i'm at and where i'm going at all times. i'll be running maurepas swamp and pearl river wma and sherburne wma a lot. any help would be appreciated thanks

A lowrance unit with the Legend Louisiana Geaux Card would be my recommendation

I have a Garmin 741 with the marsh chip, and would go back and spend that money again in a heartbeat.
